About the Authentic Leader Cohort
The Authentic Leader Cohort is for leaders who are tired of carrying everything alone.
This work is designed for executives, business owners, and senior leaders who look capable on the outside, yet feel the weight of responsibility, isolation, or self-doubt on the inside.
Not because they aren’t strong.
But because leadership asks a lot of the nervous system.
This cohort creates space to slow down, reconnect, and lead without self-abandonment.

How the cohort works
We learn together through story, presence, and shared experience.
Using elements of theater, storytelling, and honest conversation, the cohort invites you to:

speak without needing to have it all figured out
listen to what your body has been carrying quietly
This is collaborative learning, not instruction from above.
You don’t need to impress anyone here.
When it begins
The next Authentic Leader Cohort begins January 20.

The program features:
Interactive Workshops: Skill-building sessions focused on specific leadership challenges
Individual Coaching: 1:1 sessions designed to give people time to overcome their individual challenges as a leader
Small groups of 8-12 leaders meet regularly over 4 months, creating close environments for authentic sharing and mutual support.
